Dear Guests, We are open and ready to help. We would like to provide reassurances that we are taking the health and safety of our guests and staff seriously. Since the start of the outbreak we have introduced a variety of measures to ensure we are providing a safe environment for both our guests and staff.
With regards to our cleaning procedures we have made changes to the way we do this as follows;
• All communal areas across the apartment sites are disinfected regularly on a daily basis
• We offer housekeeping as an option to all of our guests – there is a specific time slot allocated and the apartment must be vacated by the guests at the time of the clean.
• Alternatively we deliver fresh linen and towels and collect rubbish in a contactless way – this is based on the guests preference and is agreed at the time of check in
Full apartment cleaning takes place after a guest checks out. The housekeeping team allow fresh air to circulate for at least 20 minutes and leave all windows open during the entire cleaning process. Our housekeepers use detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, spray with a disinfectant, let it stand for a few minutes, then wipe. Paying special attention to frequently touched areas like TV remotes, light switches, plug sockets, door handles, small appliances, and white goods including fridges freezers, oven/hobs microwaves and toasters. Apartment keys are thoroughly disinfected.
The housekeeping team wear gloves throughout the clean after which these are disposed of and after each clean the team use soap and water to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. The vacuum cleaners used by the cleaners are cleaned after each use and emptied out. Our linen and towels are professionally laundered with a 3rd party company at high temperatures.
We now provide a socially distanced meet and greet welcome to the apartments, ensuring that guests have any initial questions answered and changes to the way in which we do things due to Covid-19 is communicated to the guest.
Our office is now open on a part time basis however there is a 24 hour telephone line available for any emergencies and we continue to respond on the same day. Any access needed to apartment is done so at a social distance as per government guidelines.
